New Idler Rollers from SDP/SI Feature

New Hyde Park, NY -- A new series of inch and metric idler rollers from Stock Drive Products (an ISO 9001 registed manufacturer) feature multiple applications. These 12 idler rollers, identified as the A 7ZB5-UR Series, feature 60 durometer urethane rolling surfaces with ground outside diameters. Their O.D.’s range from .500” to 1.988” . Bore sizes range from .1250” to .3750” and face widths range from .250” to 1.000”. An additional 12 metric feed rollers, identified as the
A 7ZB5MUR Series, have O.D.’s ranging from 12 mm to 50 mm. Bore sizes range from 3 mm to 8 mm and face widths range from 6.35 mm to 25.4 mm.

The idler rollers have high coefficients of friction, low compression set and can be installed on drive shafts via adhesive bonding, press fits on knurled shafts and conventional set screws.
